After Awakening, I Could Hear My Archenemy’s Inner Thoughts 161

It Turns Out Waiting Truly Brings Results (Part 1)

Su Xuan almost dragged Sang Dai back.

Seeing that the little fox was truly impatient, Sang Dai felt a headache coming on, knowing what she was about to face. As soon as they boarded the Mustard Seed Boat, she was pressed against the windowsill and kissed by the little fox.

“Dai Dai, you promised me, you said it yourself.”

The mating season was fast approaching, and now that he had entrusted Ying Heng to someone else and dealt with other matters, he could finally merge bodies with his sword cultivator.

“Su Xuan, wait a moment!”

Sang Dai tried to turn her head away, but Su Xuan held her chin and turned her back.

“Dai Dai, just a little longer.”

“A little longer”—Sang Dai increasingly felt that Su Xuan had his own sense of time. His “a little longer” always started from at least two incense sticks’ worth of time.

The Mustard Seed Boat threaded through the clouds, requiring only one hour to travel from the Divine Healer Valley back to the Beast Realm. Yet, since stepping aboard, Sang Dai hadn’t had a moment of peace from Su Xuan.

Her head was held firmly as he forced her to look up. Silver threads glistened, trailing between their entwined lips. When Su Xuan kissed her, it was as if he intended to devour her. Sang Dai was entirely overwhelmed, unable to understand why Su Xuan was suddenly so fervent.

All she could do was passively endure his kisses. Behind her, the window was open, and Su Xuan’s hand cushioned her waist, preventing her from hitting the frame.

Su Xuan’s hand pressed firmly on her waist, forcing her to arch her back. Taking advantage of their solitude high in the sky, the fox grew audacious, swiftly untying her sash.

His hands tugged her clothes down. Sang Dai, dazed and slow to react, leaned back and let him do as he pleased.

“Su Xuan…”

“I’m here.”

He responded quickly, pulling off her inner garment. Sang Dai’s upper body was left clad in only a thin undershirt, light blue with intricate osmanthus embroidery. Through the fabric, Su Xuan bit down gently, making Sang Dai involuntarily arch her body.

With great difficulty, Sang Dai asked, “Why… why are you… so aggressive today?”

The little fox, currently preoccupied, answered vaguely, “Too happy.”

The height difference between them made intimacy challenging—kissing required one to stand on tiptoe and the other to bend down, let alone anything more.

Su Xuan’s neck was nearly strained, yet he still couldn’t get enough. Supporting the sword cultivator by her hips with one arm, he lifted her and carried her toward the wine cabinet inside the room. The cabinet was tall, and once seated on it, Sang Dai’s feet dangled, leaving her half a head taller than Su Xuan.

The little fox untied her undershirt’s sash. The thin garment slipped off, and Su Xuan stared unblinkingly. Though he had seen her several times before, he still couldn’t look away each time.

Sang Dai’s skin was pale, her collarbones delicate, her soft chest resembling budding lotuses. On the left side, there was a small mole that Su Xuan had kissed countless times.

Being stared at so openly, especially since it was only twilight, made Sang Dai uneasy. The rain outside had just stopped, and the post-storm sunset glowed brilliantly, casting a golden light into the Mustard Seed Boat, illuminating the room.

Sang Dai crossed her arms in front of her chest. “Don’t… don’t look…”

“Dai Dai, you’re beautiful.”

The little fox pried her arms apart and leaned down to kiss her.

Sang Dai weakly clung to him, her hands pressing against his shoulders, but she couldn’t push him away. Her dazed gaze drifted to the sunset behind Su Xuan. The golden glow of dusk spilled into the room, painting the little fox’s silver hair with light.

The sword cultivator unconsciously grabbed a strand of his hair. The sounds of Su Xuan’s swallowing and sucking were especially distinct. Listening to them, Sang Dai felt her body changing.

“Su Xuan…”

“I’m here, I’m here, don’t be afraid, my dear.” Su Xuan lifted his head and untied his outer robe. The ink-black long robe fell to the ground, and he casually removed his inner garments as well.

Unlike sword cultivators, the little fox had no underlayers once his inner garments were removed. All that remained was a thin pair of pants. His physique was strong and powerful, with well-defined collarbones, sharply delineated abdominal muscles, broad shoulders, and a narrow waist. The smooth waistline disappeared into the black, thin pants. The little fox’s skin tone was slightly deeper than that of the sword cultivator, making Sang Dai’s hand on his shoulder appear exceptionally pale.

Sang Dai always felt that everything about the little fox was pleasing to the eye. His face was renowned across the four realms, and his body was impossible to ignore. He was so strikingly handsome that Sang Dai found him extraordinarily beautiful. Previously, she only thought he looked good; now, she found his beauty dazzling.

Sang Dai’s mind was muddled. Leaning against the wooden wall, she noticed that the person in front of her had suddenly stepped away. She heard the sound of trickling water and, following the noise, saw the little fox standing tall and graceful beside a glazed water basin, raising water to wash his hands.

Even the act of washing his hands was exceptionally elegant. His slender fingers carefully and thoroughly scrubbed every crevice with soapberry.

The little fox loved cleanliness. Sang Dai knew why he was washing his hands. After drying them, he turned to look at her. His glazed eyes held an intense and stormy emotion that only the two of them understood. He walked toward Sang Dai.

Sang Dai snapped out of her daze and instinctively tried to retreat, but the wall was right behind her. As she was about to jump off the wine cabinet, Su Xuan had already squeezed into the space in front of her.

She hastily pushed against him. “Su Xuan, can we wait until we’re back?”

Su Xuan kissed her red lips. “We’ll take care of the important matters when we’re back. For now, let’s enjoy some appetizers. Dai Dai, it’s still nearly an hour before we return to the Beast Realm.”

“Su Xuan, don’t—”

Before she could finish speaking, the little fox had already pulled down her undergarments along with the skirt he had pushed up. Sang Dai bit his shoulder, her head burying into the crook of his neck. From this angle, Su Xuan could see her slender back, with two prominently visible butterfly bones.

One hand gently stroked her back to comfort her, while the other hand misbehaved. Su Xuan turned his head to observe her expression. Her delicate brows were furrowed tightly, seeming to show discomfort. Su Xuan could sense the sword cultivator’s inexperience and nervousness, which made him desire her even more. He softly called her name, “Dai Dai?”

Sang Dai couldn’t even speak. Su Xuan kissed her while continuing his actions. The initial cries of pain gradually shifted in tone, carrying a trembling sweetness that seeped into her bones.

Her eyes gradually lost focus. As she stared at him in confusion, her gaze became misty and glimmered with a watery brightness. Su Xuan understood what this meant—it indicated she felt so good her mind had turned foggy. Encouraged, he became even more attentive to her needs. After she trembled and cried out, he suddenly pressed down on the sword cultivator’s thin back and added another finger.

Sang Dai struggled, frowning and crying out in pain. “Su Xuan…”

Su Xuan continued to kiss her, softening his movements to soothe her. He kissed her brows and eyes. “My dear, endure it for a moment, okay? It’ll just be for a little while. You need to get used to it, or it’ll hurt a lot later.”

Sang Dai, being inexperienced and shy by nature, was already overwhelmed by him. Previously, the little fox had never dared to go beyond two fingers, and the last time he managed three was only after coaxing her for a long time.

Sang Dai gritted her teeth, enduring it with difficulty, her breathing labored. Su Xuan kissed the base of her ear to comfort her. The initial difficulty gradually eased, and soon, she began to feel it. Pleasure gradually overtook the discomfort, and her furrowed brows relaxed. Seeing this, Su Xuan knew she was starting to feel good too.

He kissed the sword cultivator’s neck, listening to her gasps while his fingers continued their movements. By now, Su Xuan had become much more skilled, knowing exactly where to touch to make her feel comfortable. Sang Dai’s voice was broken, and when she tried to straighten up to escape, Su Xuan held her down, forcing her to endure the overwhelming pleasure.

In the end, she cried out, collapsing into his arms. Tears soaked into Su Xuan’s collar. Sang Dai panted heavily, her dark hair damp with sweat and sticking messily to her cheeks. There was still half an hour before they would arrive at the Beast Realm. The little fox leisurely kissed her flushed cheek and patted her back lightly to help her ease the lingering sensations.

At this moment, she would go along with his actions. He could kiss or touch her however he wanted. Su Xuan found everything about her unbearably adorable—the way she breathed, the way she gasped, especially the empty look in her eyes during those moments. Right now, Su Xuan could kiss and hold her to his heart’s content, and she wouldn’t resist.

The little fox nuzzled her face but hadn’t yet cleaned up the sword cultivator. She whimpered softly. “It’s uncomfortable.”

Su Xuan lifted her off the wine cabinet, turning her around so that her back pressed against his chest. “Be good, my dear. I’ll clean you up later, okay?”

Sang Dai quickly understood his meaning. Her lower abdomen was pressed under his palm, preventing her from being pushed against the sharp edges of the wine cabinet. The sword cultivator bit her lip to suppress her breathing, firmly gripping the wine cabinet to steady herself. The protruding bones of her back nestled against the little fox’s searing chest as he kissed her butterfly bones over and over.

Her legs were utterly weak, and she couldn’t help but turn her head to plead with him, “We’re almost at the Beast Realm. Can we stop and continue when we’re back?”

The little fox started coaxing her, “Just endure a little longer, my dear, it’ll be over soon, my dear.”

Su Xuan leaned in and captured her red lips, prying open her teeth and entwining her soft tongue. Sang Dai felt as if her very soul was being shattered by him.

The little fox used to feel sorry for her. Whatever Sang Dai said was what it was—he would never argue with her or make her angry. Only at times like this would he refuse to listen to her.

He wouldn’t obey her at all. He always deceived her.

Sang Dai’s consciousness turned into a muddled mess. Even when the mustard seed boat landed, he didn’t stop. No one dared to approach the Beast King’s mustard seed boat. The windows of the boat had been shut tightly by him. The towering mustard seed boat was hidden in the dim forest, and the temperature inside the cabin gradually rose.

When the little fox finally let go of her, Sang Dai was completely drained of strength and began to slide down the wine cabinet. Su Xuan immediately caught her in his arms and lifted her up.

He grabbed a wide robe and wrapped Sang Dai completely within it. For her, his outer robe was like a small blanket, cocooning her from head to toe.

She curled up in his robe and said, “Su Xuan… Are you sure no one will see us outside?”

“They won’t. They can’t see.”

Sang Dai huddled in his embrace as he slipped an arm under her knees and carried her horizontally, using spiritual power to teleport them away.

The demon attendants knew that their lord’s mustard seed boat had landed, but since the lord hadn’t summoned anyone, no one dared approach it without permission.

It wasn’t until the sun had set that a shadow flashed out of the mustard seed boat, disappearing before anyone could even discern who it was. The figure vanished in an instant.

The demon attendants were startled, thinking someone had broken into the Beast Palace. Just as they were about to form a defensive array, they heard their lord’s voice transmission.

“It’s me.”

The demon attendants replied in unison, “Greetings, Your Excellency!”

Once they arrived at the Beast Palace, the doors shut behind them. A certain fox pounced on Sang Dai, peeling off the outer robe she was wrapped in to kiss her.

“Su Xuan, you’ve already had your way once!”

At times like this, Sang Dai really didn’t want to see him and deliberately burrowed into the quilt to avoid him. The little fox transformed into his fox form and crawled into the quilt along with her.

The soft fox fur brushed against Sang Dai, making her feel ticklish, causing her to keep shrinking back.

The little fox began licking her body, and Sang Dai pushed at his fox head.

“Su Xuan, can you go handle your proper business?”

“I can’t,” the little fox refused, his nine tails coiling around Sang Dai’s waist. “After bathing, I’ll go see my mother consort, then take care of the Beast Realm’s affairs. Dai Dai, will you wait for me to come back?”

And what could happen after he returned? Surely nothing good.

Sang Dai tried to push the heavy little fox off her. His true form was now as large as she was.

Su Xuan returned to his human form and said, “I haven’t bathed yet. Let me kiss you a bit more.”

Sang Dai regretted it deeply. Had she known this would happen, she would have slapped him unconscious earlier.

Even for the bath, the little fox carried her along. He wasn’t well-behaved even in the hot spring. Except for the final step, he had almost done everything.

In the end, Sang Dai finally slapped him across the face, landing the blow squarely on his cheek. A clear handprint appeared on the little fox’s face.

Sang Dai felt a bit guilty and retracted her “guilty claws,” murmuring, “I… You were the one who went too far first… My legs are about to get rubbed raw…”

She was too honest and too blunt, always saying whatever came to mind.

The little fox, thick-skinned as ever, lifted her hand and kissed each of her ten fingers one by one. “Our little sweetheart’s palms have turned red from the slap.”
