Rebirth in the Interstellar Meow Meow Meow 111

Worse than Plastic Brothers

She struggled and accidentally pressed the video call button. Within three seconds, the person on the other end picked up.

The moment Ruan Fengsi’s face appeared on the screen, three pairs of eyes met.

Seeing Ruan Shu’s current situation, Ruan Fengsi’s initially smiling expression instantly darkened, his face twisting with anger.

He was so fast that Ruan Ling’an didn’t even have time to react.

“Ruan Ling’an!!!”

An enraged voice boomed from the virtual screen; at that moment, Ruan Fengsi looked like a furious tiger, truly intimidating.

Ruan Ling’an’s body trembled as he looked down at the little troublemaker he was holding.

Ruan Shu looked at him with an innocent expression as well.

She really hadn’t done it on purpose.

“What are you doing! Put Shushu down immediately! Did you hit her?!”

Ruan Ling’an, rebellious and stubborn, raised his chin with a defiant look that just begged to be slapped.

“So what if I did?”

Ruan Fengsi gritted his teeth, his eyes burning with anger. “Just wait for me, your father!”

The boy courting disaster taunted sarcastically, “Calling yourself ‘I, your father’? Has Marshal Ruan approved that?”

Ruan Shu quickly waved her hands. “Big Brother didn’t, Third Brother didn’t hit me. He went out and got hurt fighting on his own.”

Hearing Ruan Shu’s words, Ruan Fengsi relaxed a bit, but his expression darkened again when he noticed the bandage on her hand.

“What happened to your hand?”

Ruan Shu opened her mouth, but before she could explain, Ruan Ling’an started courting disaster again.

“I scared her. She’s so timid that she poked herself with a needle and cried.”

Ruan Shu: “……”

She gave up. There was no saving her Third Brother now. He was a dead man walking.

Sure enough, the man on the screen went completely dark, leaving a warning before disconnecting. He was probably already on his way back.

But Ruan Ling’an didn’t feel the slightest fear. He put down the little thing he was holding and even had the mood to snack on some fruit.

Ruan Shu walked over and asked, “Should I call a doctor?”

She was beginning to think her Third Brother’s head might have actually taken some serious damage.

Ruan Ling’an glanced at her. “You dare to try?”

Ruan Shu pursed her lips, staring at his face and head for a long moment. She finally couldn’t take it anymore and brought over a small stool.

“Third Brother, sit here. You’re too tall; I can’t reach.”

Ruan Ling’an shot her a sideways look. “Not scared of me anymore?”

“I’m scared, still scared,” she whispered softly.

Before, she had been afraid of her Big Brother too, but even though he sometimes seemed a bit dismissive, he had never been this fierce with her. When she was hurt, he would spray medicine on her wounds and take care of her.

This brother didn’t look as fierce, and he even resembled their father a bit, with a youthful, spirited look unique to boys his age.

But his personality was really a bit nasty. He’d just come home and already started a fight, bringing back all those scary-looking injuries.

Ruan Shu was genuinely a little afraid he might hit her.

But looking at his wounds, she also felt a bit sorry for him. Besides… he looked so much like their father.

“But if you hit me, I’ll tell Dad.”

Ruan Ling’an rolled his eyes but still sat down on the low stool.

Yet, even on a slightly shorter stool, Ruan Shu still couldn’t quite reach him.

She looked at the sofa, then tugged him over to sit there. She took off her shoes and stood on the sofa, her little white, chubby feet bare.

“What a bother.”

Ruan Shu’s ears twitched, and she felt a bit annoyed.

“You’re the one who’s being troublesome, Third Brother.”

He was truly awful! And here she was, worrying about tending to his wounds!

A little lamb’s angry bleat was soft and tender, just like Ruan Shu at this moment. Her cheeks puffed, her little face flushed, and she tried to look fierce—but a swipe of her little paw would probably feel more like a tickle.

Ruan Ling’an couldn’t help but find it amusing, occasionally teasing her. Watching her puff up with anger, acting all fierce but clearly too timid, was pretty entertaining.

The best part was that, even while fuming, she was still carefully bandaging his wounds. He’d never seen anyone so clumsy.

Just as Ruan Ling’an’s head wound was all patched up, Ruan Fengsi walked back in, practically radiating anger.

The two brothers locked eyes without a hint of warmth. In fact, they looked more like enemies, seething with rage.

Before Ruan Shu could react, Ruan Ling’an suddenly flipped over the table and leapt out.

It was a smooth, graceful move, but the fact that he was about to start a fight ruined it.

Ruan Shu, holding the bandage and medicine bottle, stood frozen in place, dumbfounded, as she watched the two of them tumble out of the villa, transforming into two massive beasts swatting at each other.

Their claws were huge, and as they slapped each other’s faces, it was clear neither was holding back. The fight was as fierce as a storm.

Some of the grass in the front yard was torn up.

Ruan Ling’an’s body was already covered in injuries, and no sooner had they been bandaged than he was back in another brawl—this time, with his own brother.

The wounds on the big lion’s body quickly reopened, fresh blood staining his golden skin, but it didn’t stop him from fighting.

The two giant cats tangled together, refusing to yield.

Ruan Shu was so furious she stomped her feet.

“Stop it! Big Brother! Third Brother! Stop fighting!”

What kind of brothers are these? They’re worse than plastic brothers! How could they meet and immediately start fighting?!

When they finally stopped, Ruan Fengsi planted his paw firmly on Ruan Ling’an’s head, his eyes flashing with a fierce warning.

True to his rebellious nature, Ruan Ling’an, even after being pounded a few times, remained defiant, glaring at his brother with unwillingness. Just wait—next time, he would definitely take his Big Brother down!

Ever since he was a child, Ruan Ling’an’s goal had been to defeat his Big Brother and Second Brother. Once victorious, he’d challenge their dad next. He was determined to become the strongest in the family!

This goal hadn’t changed since he started school, and he had been working toward it ever since.

But after all these years, he still hadn’t achieved it.

Still, he wasn’t in a rush. He was a lion king in the making, and one day, he would see this dream come true.

Ruan Shu quickly ran over, grabbing her Big Brother’s tail and trying to pull him back.

“Big Brother, stop hitting him! Third Brother’s head was already bleeding! If you keep hitting him, what if he ends up brain-damaged?”

Honestly, she always thought there was already something a bit wrong with her Third Brother’s head. He was a bit foolish. Getting hurt and then picking a fight with Big Brother—wasn’t that asking for it?

The “foolish” Ruan Ling’an shouted back at her, “You’re the fool, you little dummy!”

Then he got smacked two more times by Ruan Fengsi. The sound of those heavy paw slaps echoed through the air, making Ruan Shu flinch with every blow.

Ruan Ling’an: His head was buzzing.

Ruan Fengsi pushed his sister back a bit to make her stand further away, so the blood wouldn’t splatter on her, and then he started digging a hole on the spot.

Ruan Shu was stunned. What was he planning to do?

She soon found out. Ruan Fengsi dug the hole with impressive speed and a practiced ease, then grabbed the scruff of Ruan Ling’an’s lion neck and dragged him toward it.

Ruan Ling’an let out a howl. Not this again! Every time, since they were little, this guy would dig a hole and bury him and Second Brother!

Ruan Fengsi paid no mind to his howls. If he loved to move around and pick fights so much, he’d calm down better if he couldn’t move.

Watching her Big Brother expertly bury her Third Brother, Ruan Shu: “………..”
